French-born, Miami-based photographer Michel Verdure has had the good fortune to build his career around his passion for the sea.

Michel began with underwater photography; in fact, he accompanied Jacques Cousteau and his crew on several expeditions on board Calypso.

Today, Michel is best known for his dramatic aerial and architectural photography. Other credits include two books on scuba diving, photo contest awards, and numerous contributions to travel publications. Thanks to his versatility and expertise, Michel is recognized as one of the foremost photographers of the cruise industry.
